The client owns an end of terrace 1950's property which had previously had a double garage and ground floor accommodation added. We were asked to look at maximising the property's market potential.

The solution we developed was to add extend the property to the full width of the site and split the resulting building into 2no. separate dwellings.

Planning permission was granted for this proposal.
