A substantial 2-storey side extension to an existing 1940's semi-detached property which sat on a corner plot. Unusual positioning of the original building, which is orientated at 45 degrees across the plot led to a design proposal where the extension is 'cranked' to face onto the main street frontage.
This house extension significantly increased the floor area of the property once completed.
